          Here we are at the beginning of a new year, and I trust that most of you have all made your resolutions. I gave the whole process of New Year’s Resolutions a lot of thought, and I’ve closely examined my many faults. There is no doubt I have some things that need improving. However, once again, I choose not to bow to making myself a better person. If I were a better person I wouldn’t be me, and I doubt if I could get along with a better me. I refer to a quote from one of my all time heroes Pop Eye, who said, “I yam what I yam, and that’s all that I yam.” ...lb, editor
